G'day all. I've been reading the posts on the board for awhile now, so today I decided to step up and have a post and ask a question.
Coming up I have a week off uni. My workout buddy and myself decided to put our usual 3 times a week workout routine on hold for that week, and for that week only go to the gym 5 times - each day working out a single specific area. We broke it down to chest, triceps, biceps, back and shoulders. We have decided to skip legs because my mate has injured his knee.
So anyway while we have a couple of ideas, I was wondering if anyone had a few hints on how to handle this week, because I'm guessing it will be rather tiring, any exercises that are a must, and anything else you think we should try to get the most from it.

Thanks heaps!

Really push the boat out with motivational comments to each other and practise good spotting tecniques.
increase all your exercise weights by a kilo plus and push for that extra rep... The reward will be next week with another kilo or two on the bar!
Would it be good to do all bodyparts(minus legs)over 2 days then plan the end of the week to repeat everything you've done plus a kilo extra, or similar ?
Use the free time to lay down a new training routine and assert your aims and goals for it- assign it to a paper copy then do it! Best of luck eh!
