JEEZ, all I do is fall apart! Finally had an MRI (well after 6 months of no insurance - had to play the waiting game) anyway - it showed severe capsulitis. I go see an orthopod sometime soon - waiting on an appt. Does anyone know much about it? What I've read online sounds like a long road of rehab (go figure!). Just wondering if anyone else had ever dealt with it and how it went.
