Hey guys, I just found this site and saw bb1fit's "Dieting made simple" thread and I have a question.
Are there any threads detailing what a good low-carb day consists of? I'll need some help seeing that I don't really have the time to go through the pantry/refrigerator and write down the calories/protein/carbs of everything.
I'm looking to start a low-carb diet and I figured this would be a good place to look for information.
Oh, and I'm car-less for the time being, but once I buy another I'll be off to a gym.
Thanks.

Low carb = eat mainly meat and vegetables. Don't eat bread, cake, things with sugar, etc. Meat = good.

Hmmm don't know anything about you, your goals, your weight, your bodyfat percentage, your workouts, etc...but you want us to tell you what to eat.
Here are some examples, no idea if they fit your goals or nutritional needs.
