How's animal pak. I hear lots of good things about it but i would like to hear it streight from somone who knows. Does it work, side effects ect. Is there aything in there that would be foreign to the body? It's just hard finding enough nutrients in normal foods, ya know? basically does it work. Thanks a lot to anyone with the time to respond.

I don't endorse too many supplements, and even fewer do I REALLY like, but, Animal Pak is incredible. The basis for any diet must be real, whole food. But, you're right, sometimes there's gaps. That's why I call the Pak my "insurance;" it fills in the spaces thay I may have missed with my diet. It's basically a great multi, with a few added nutritional bonuses thrown in. It is NOT a prohormone, etc.

I've been using it for about a dozen years, and no matter what type of regimen I'm on, it has always been the foundation of my supplements.
