Hi,

I'm a SAHM mom, well I started working from home about 6 months ago and I can actually see my butt spreading because I'm sitting so much while I work! Help!:(

Are there any buddy groups for moms around here?

Thanks!

Hello,

I, too, am a stay at home mom since February 04. I know what you mean about the butt spread. That has happened to me and then some. I lost my energy so I decided that it was time. I changed my diet and started moving. My starting weight at the end of December was 215 and I am 196 as of today, so I'm feeling pretty good. I don't know of any groups for moms, but I have joined the national body challenge group on yahoo and have received a wealth of information (that's where I got the info for this site). If you do, however, find a group---please let me know too. Wish you the best in this journey!

Hello,
My name is Misti and I am new to this site. Hoping to make some new friends to help me through my weight loss. I ahve tried everything.
I to am a SAHM, with 2 kids. I was in the Army for about 8 years and got out in march 2003. Since then I gained 25 pounds. So, I know what ya'll are going through. Hopefully we can all motivate each other. My goal is to get back to my pre 2nd pregnancy weight, so I have about 25 pounds to lose. I know I can do it!! I am just tired of being overweight.
So I am glad to be here and hope to get to know all of you. Bye bye for now.

Misti
