I love my food. I do eat my 5 fruit and veg a day, but I constantly feel hungry. I drink about 2 litres of water a day or more depending on what exercise I do. Are there any good eating programs out there for fast weight loss initially, but that can also allow you to eat without restricting my intake?
Read "grocery list for healthy eating" thumbtacked at the top of this forum. Fruit and veggies are great, but you need lean protien, carbs and healthy fats as well.
