People, Is there any specific sequence excercises should be
done. Like chest first, bicepts second, cardio last or what ever.

Hi metafixx6, welcome to FT. I usually go for big muscle groups first (i.e. chest, back) and compound exercises. After that I go for big muscle groups isolation exercises. Finally I do the same thing for a small muscle group (i.e. bis & tris), compound then isolation movements.

Cardio I would suggest either first thing in the morning, or after lifting weights.
