1.Pro Performance® Mega Whey?

These are all the supplements i have and i was just looking for a better Supplementation Plan then mines. My plan is
Take the Pro Performance® Mega Whey? before training and before sleeping, and EAS Phosphagen HP after training and first thing in the morning.
My problem is when should i take EAS Precision Protein.and also what should i take during the days i dont workout.
I would use the Precision protein immediately post workout. Since phosphogen HP has high glycemic carbs, take it post workout with your precision.
Your mega whey is also really a post workout protein. If you want to use pre bed, add some casein or fats to it to slow aborbtion, or have it with some food like cottage cheese.
