hi. im new here on this site, but i really want to lose wight, and tone up, especially my legs and tum, but i dont have any money to join a gym, or buy any machines, so i just wondered if anyone had any unwanted excercise things that i could have, or buy very cheaply, id really appreciate it. please help me! lol! thanks, steph xxx
Buy a jumrope and an exercise band - then you can get in cardio and some resistance training. there is an at-home program here that uses little or no equipment.
And walking/running is free!
Also, check y7our local library for exercise videos/dvds!
