Ive been working our for exactly one year now i satrted out at 257lbs and im down to 225 with a fat loss of 40 lbs and muscle gain of 18 lbs my goal is to get down to 180 by novermber at which time ill be enlisting any help is needed and wanted
Good job so far just make sure that you keep upping the intensity without injuring yourself and make sure to get enough rest as you increase the intensity of your workouts, but remember that the last few pounds are sometimes the hardest to get rid of and you may have to try some new things to help you with it. I'm sure that you can easily get to where you want to be if you keep up with it considering your progress so far. :)
