Hey everyone, I'm 19 and just last week I made up a workout plan and have stuck to it so far. I'm doing the basic Tae-bo video 5 nights a week, along with an ab workout 2 nights, leg workout 2 nights, and lifting weights 3 nights. Just wondered if anyone else on here is doing Tae-bo. So far I love it. It give me so much energy afterwards and I'm sure I'll start seeing results soon. I'm not trying to lose weight, as I'm already small, just trying to get in better shape.

I love Tae-bo! I only use it once a week because I try to keep my activities varied. I walk 2 miles every morning, ft at home workout 3 days a week, new york city ballet workout once a week and in a few weeks I start weight training. I think Tae-bo is an excellent energy booster, it's addictive.

Yep, I agree...I love Tae-bo although its hard and i'm still on basic! But it will get easier the longer I stick with it. Good luck on sticking with it!

I love Tae Bo! I have the Advanced, Basic(Tae Bo II, and the eight minute. The eight minute is great if you wanna' get in a quick, yet fun workout.:)

I've always wanted to do Tae Bo, I also wanna try yoga....I dont want to lose weight or anything either, just wanna get into shape....
