Anyone have a Weider Flex CYX 60??

Hiker2002 Posts: 1 Joined: 2003/01/24	2003/02/04, 06:38 PM I just bought a Weider Flex CTX 60 and it doesnt have the poster showing how to do any of the exercises. I called Weider and they ae sending one but they are taking their time about it and I was wondering if anyone had some suggestions in the mean time. Thanks.
London Posts: 176 Joined: 2003/01/10	2003/02/09, 11:17 AM I'm not sure what that is, but I just bought a Weider 8515 which has the lat pulldowns, the cable row, butterflys, Leg Extensions, and bench press for like $150. I figure that with my free weights and bench will do me fine for now. Mine came with a sheet, but I think if you do a search on the web for your piece of equiptment, you can find the exersizes it can do.
