I'm looking to lose up to at the most 10-15 pounds over the summer. My only problem is that I can't keep on my workout routines. I have started running for my cardio activity for about 30 minutes today and yesterday and I'm really going to try and keep up with this everyday. What kinds of things can I do to motivate myself to keep up with my workouts?
To motivate yourself you need to have a reason to do it that will make you stick with it.
ppl get motivation from different sources. you could play your favorite music while you work out, or make a list of all the benifits that doing it will give you, or maybe even find someone to work out with if you need social support..
My motivation each time I work out is stress reduction. I am working out to reach health and fitness goals yeah, but each day I know once I do that workout, I'll feel better, more even tempered...
