Hey guys.. is anyone here from California or area? Just curious cause I am gonna make a trip down there this summer.. how is it? Of course one of the main reasons is to train at the Gold's there as well as the concrete gym outside.. has been a dream of mine for a while.. anyone actually train there before? Speak up

yeah.. I train at one in the Canada. However, as everyone will know.. Gold's Gym in Cali is the Mecca of Bodybuilding.. the birth place of bodybuilding.. and currently home to most of the pro's.

I live in California, and I'm here to tell you that it is one awful big state. Here we have the mountains where it snows in the winter. And then there is Death Valley in the south which gets to be a little hot in the summer.
There is more than one Golds Gym Here, I think every city of respectable size can boast of at least one, or more. L.A. has several and lets not forget Venice Beach where the Muscle Boys do their workouts and strut their stuff!
So How's Calfornia, well, I think you can locate a spot here that is your idea of perfect climate wise and people wise.
As for training in California, I would assume it is much like training elsewhere, you know, straining, sweating, pumping that weight.
But, We here in California will look forward to your arrival, hope you enjoy your stay, check out our parks and wildlife (not all the wildlife are in our parks!) See the dessert, and you must see the ocean it is so big! :o)
Most of all, be good to yourself. Cheers
