For those who now about these things, I would like your opinions on the new liquid vitamin that I am taking at night.

So far, it is not hurting my stomach (I have had much difficulty with vitamins since the removal of my gall badder in 93)and I am feeling really good.

Still, I know not everything advertised is always what it seems. I want to make sure I am not missing anything.

I have always preferred liquids. They are well assimilated. I do liquid minerals all the time. Now makes a good one.

Anytime I take a liquid in place of a tablet form, I always feel stronger and better effectiveness.
