Boston Market and bought 1 lb of sliced turkey. if I do the ratio to the chart below. I just ate
617 calories, and 139 grams of protein. can someone tell me if this is right?

the chart is based on 3.5 oz. i did 16 oz to a lb right?
if so, I just OD'd on protein for the day. total = 254. suggested 175. This isn't bad is it?
