Went bike riding for like 20 miles. came home after 7pm. no carb time but hungry. So I like what I see with the turkey chart. This is where i might have gone wrong. I went to
Boston Market and bought 1 lb of sliced turkey. if I do the ratio to the chart below. I just ate
617 calories, and 139 grams of protein. can someone tell me if this is right?
chart info below.
skinless turkey breast 135 30 0 1
the chart is based on 3.5 oz. i did 16 oz to a lb right?
if so, I just OD'd on protein for the day. total = 254. suggested 175. This isn't bad is it?

you ate a 175th of your body weight in the form of a turkey?! just the thought of that is crapabolicly scary for me... =P

You were hungry so you ate a pound of food? Not sayings its bad, but it can't be good.

Somewhere I read that the body can only process 20 something grams of protein per hour. Is this true?
