ABOUT a year ago i took xenadrine, i took about two bottles worth along with a good diet and i lost about 30 lbs. now im trying to get back into shape. iv been working out for about a month now and iv lost about 17 pounds. but it seems that my weight and body fat are staying at the same amount no matter how hard i work them. what do i do? also is there anyway it is possible to purchase the OLD and better Xenadrine?????thanks

You just need to change your work out of most likely your boday has adapted. Thats why the weight stoped comming off. I would try working harder instead of looking for a crutch. Good - Luck - Mike

Ephedra is banned in some countries, including the U.S. Sounds like you've hit a plateau. It's probably time to change your routine, diet, daily activity, etc.

Ephedra will continue to be legal in the US until some time in April.

Same way as before. It may be more difficult to find, but some stores (both online and not) continue to have it.

Ephedra was banned last april unless this is a really old post lol. But you will be able to purchase Ephedrine HCL(hydrochloride) its not a banned substance but its not sold as a dietary supplement only as a Bronchial/Asthma product. I feel the Ephedrine HCL was always much more dangerous.

My mother used ephedra for many years. It made her very irritable and hard to be around. When she finally got off of it, she was much more pleasant, but blew up like a balloon and has serious heart problems. Please don't risk your life and the sanity of the people around you who care about you to lose weight. It's not worth it.
