Im really excited about this site and glad to be here
Was just wandering if there is anyways to change what days you workout on the website and what muscle you workout. I dont like the routine if gave me do conflicts.
I'm pretty sure you can't change the days you workout, but i don't think it will hurt if it says 'tuesday' and you change it to wednesday to fit your schedule. Just as long as you don't have two workouts proceeding eachday because your muscules will need time to rest. good luck;)
