I was wondering if there are any sites I can check out where scientists moniter the dangers of supplements or anything along those lines.

I myself was thinking about using trimspa or something to aid in me burning fat around my waist, while I'm thin and don't need it, I'm going on vacation soon so I'm trying to speed the process some. I've also been looking into muscle builders and stuff- note I'm not looking to use any of this stuff as a replacement for, just a supplement to my workout and diet.

Example, BB1 and Mutt are doing CVM now. Blue Rhino is supposedly good for testosterone increase. I thought about maybe using creating when I go back to bulking. The problem is I'm reluctant to use supplements because often they turn out to be dangerous...
Ephedra, DHEA, hell even cocain was legal at one time, so I'm trying to figure out what is safe and what is still up in the air. I'm not looking to drop dead, you know.

The problem is, searchig these supplements individually on the web wields more for sale sites that actual science based sites, which is what I'm looking for.

There are not really any sites like these for supplements, you have to try them and decide for your self. Many sites will have claims, but everyone is going to say their product is the best so you cant trust them until you try.

If your wanting reviews on steroids, go to either www.anabolicreview.com or www.steroid.com

At 24, I would assume DHEA did little for you anyway.

Unless you have the test levels of a little girl, you probably don't need a test booster of much proportion. Eat right, take the basics....protein, creatine, and glutamine if you prefer(but my views are glutamine is much better utilized on a cut).

There is no supplement that will "put you over the top" so to speak. Eat right, train hard, and don't bother with the "magic". You are young, and will do fine. This other exotic stuff is for the person who has been training for years, and long maxed out diet and training.
