I have never been a big eater, and have always had fast metabolism and am fairly thin. I'm 24 so I'm sure the metabolism rate will slow down, but I need advice on what to eat to gain mass. I weigh 160 and I'm 6'00" tall. I would like to make moderate gains, say 5 lbs per month. I take three protein shakes a day which is 32 grams per. And I try and eat another 100 from foods like turkey and pasta and tuna. I get my fair share of carbs too, I'd say about 300 grams a day. What am I missing????
ur diet is pretty ok.Calculate how much of protien r u taking daily.Do cardio 2 days a week in moderate intensity. try 2 consume more of growth protiens and not just ordinary protiens.
