Does anyone know of any herbal supplements, or anything that increases your appetite?? Im trying to put on mass, but cant seem to eat the recomended 5/6 meals a day.
What I do know is NOT to take any fat burners or caffeine (what you probably aren't doing anyway since you're bulking!) since they will decrease your appetite.
Increase your appetite? Eat carbs! Anyway, that what works for me. Pasta, bread, rice along with your proteins.
