Hey all,
Lately I feel like I've been out of control eating...I'm always hungry! So, I got this cortisol pill to help with appetite and some chromium picolate...(agh, I have no clue how to spell it), anyway...do you guys think this is ok to supress my appetite for a few days until I quit wanting to eat everything in sight?

no it is not ok - try this first
1. Eat 5-6 small healthy meals a day
2. Drink about a gallon of water a day
3. If you must snack, eat things like protien bars or natural PB
4. This is a matter of discipline and being able to exercise self-control

Do these pills really work? What are the side effects of taking them? Not that I'm thinking about taking them anyways
