Are all fruits healthy to eat? Are some better then others? When is the best time of day to have fruit? Is there a bad time to eat fruit?

All I can tell you is any berries typically. Someone else will come along with a more detailed response. This should get you by though if they don't.

All fruits contain various nutrients, potassium, vitamin C folic acid..and so eating any fruit is a good idea.I dont think there is a "best" time to eat fruit, whenever you feel like it really

I eat my fruit in the morning because of my blood sugar problems, but thats just me..

There are fruits that are much higher in sugar than others, and if you are watching your sugar intake, beware these fruits. Some examples are, grapes, watermelon, bananas.

Fruits that have more fiber take longer to digest and so will stay with you longer,,examples are apples, pears.

Berries are excellent sources of phytochemicals and anti-oxidents,which are components that may help to prevent diseases, and help with some disorders.

A cup of strawberries contains over 100 mg of vitamin C, almost as much as a cup of orange juice, plus it contains alot more fiber than a glass of juice

Fresh fruit of course is far better for you than frozen or canned, but its OK to use both once in awhile.I use frozen raspberries and blueberries in my shakes.and it contains the same nutrients as fresh..Canned fruits generally have added sugar, but now you can buy brands without sugar.

So go ahead and enjoy your fruit!~
