You need more protein! if yoru 205 you need 205 g protein a day, protein bulds muscle, and you have to eat ever 3 or 4 hours.............next thing is you can't slim down and bulk up at the same time, ones cuting calories and the others is extra calories. If you slim down you mid section( waist) it will make you upper body look biger, if you ad mass to your shoulders and chest , your waist will look smaller. Depends on what you want.
Protein shakes, protein bars, tuna sandwichs, chicken breasts, canned veggies........palstic bowls with lids are the best thing in the world you can carry them where ever. Make sure you eat plenty vegies they have lots of vitamens in them. I make all my stuff up the morning of or night before and pu tit in a coller in my car, i have peanut butter sandwiches, a protein bar, apple, turky sandwiches, I have a baggy of protein powder, I keep a shaker with me, and I take my lunch which is usually a pice of meat and a veggie or two. And I'm set for all day. Theres a way no mater your situation cause i'm in the same boat, I'm taken 13 hours school, work 20 hours, cheerlead and practice then drive 45mis home every day,and i'm up by 530 everyday and my day end at 11
