Just wanted to know if milk and cottage cheese are complete proteins(containing all essential aminos)?

Milk and cottage cheese are complete, and great sources of casein protein. (slow absorbing...casein actually gels in the stomach prior to digestion, so insuring a slow release of amino acids into the bloodstream). These are optimal during the day and nightime before bed but not post workout. Too slow absorbing.
