Hello, i have been lifting for a while but am now getting into it seriously. I was just wondering if the supplements im taking are all i need now or what. What i am looking for is to bulk up on muscle mass and when i am satisfied then shave off some unneeded pounds.(could say i have a few extra right now) Unless the Muscle Mass program although adds fats will solid me up a lot. I currently take Creatine, Amino Acids, Multivitamins, xenadrine, Z-mass, and L-Glutamine. Thank you for help.

Thats a lot of supplements, but its all good stuff. And if you want to see gains, well you will have to get serious and work reallly hard in the gym, or all the supps go waste.
