Trying to solve an argument. If you can't hardly to any push ups and sit-ups should you do then every day? Can someone point me to the answer thank you.

No sit ups 3 days a week maybe 4
Pushups done with chest or tricep days

In my opinion, you should NOT do them every day. Push ups are like any other training, and your muscles need time to rest.
Regarding sit ups, not sure why you'd be doing those at all. They are old school and really would only benefit your hips, NOT your abs as some would like to believe. They could also damage your back.

well when your in the mil and they say you have to do x number in one min. you have to do it.

Any exercise done on a daily basis will build muscle endurance with some strength. This is not a bad thing if this is what you want, and being in the military, this is what their training is geared toward.

Yeah, I needed to have read the profile to see the military thing. I didn't realize that they still did the PT tests, I thought that the required exercise regimine thing was over after basic. Good luck! Stick your toes under your bedroom door and sit up until you are blue in the face. You'll get the hang of it. ha ha.
