hey everyone, just wanted to say that all of your information has been very helpful but i still got one problem. im 19 and my arms are 18" but the thing is when i was 18 they were 18". i pound the crap out of them too, its not like i forgot about em. what do u suggest. thanks

diet...every inch you wanna gain you need about 10lbs of overall mass.

how's the rest of your workout? if you want big arms you need to lift heavy in other lifts like squats, deadlifts, bench, chin ups, etc..

It is very difficult to get your arms much bigger without your overall body mass going up also. If this were the case, many of us would probably be walking on our hands. :big_smile:

well what if you were a girl and your arms where 17inches i hate them but if i lose weight or work out in th eleast bit soem how my arms just get bigger , i hate it , its not very attractive for a woman to have big arms , I am over weight right now and losing but , I have always been very stocky built for a woman and i hate it , so my question is , how do i get smaller arms , i dont even do any excersices with my arms right now because they just get bigger I hate it , so any advice i need it. :)lol

i have the same problem!!! its not like i'm overweight, not even close, but my arms aren't really womanly if you know what i mean... how do i get smaller arms??
