i think u should pack on some size and slim u down. i would go on the low carb diet for about 6 weeks then bring up the carb intake. u should see some results. i hope i helped u in some way!!
I agree with Biggin, do not stay on the diet for long. When people lose weight on an ultra low carb diet, it is often water from the muscles. VERY BAD. These diets wrok simply because you are consuming less calories than you burn because you are cutting out a lot of foods. BUT, unfortunately, like I said, all that water loss comes from the muscle.
