i have that to get big arms are to do 6-7 exersices and not to over train them is that true?

Yes, i read your other post and if you did all those youa re doing way to much. Stay simple. Start with the best mass builder...barbell curls, throw in hammer curls then alt Dumbbell curls do 3-4 sets with weight where you can get 8-10 reps.
