When I work on my chest doing like Dumbell Flys or sometimes even when I bench press, I hear a cracking noise in my shoulder or arms. Is this a bad thing?
The jury is still out on if popping joints are bad or not. This is the way I look at it: If it causes pain, I'd find an alternative excercise. If it's just sound and it doesn't hurt, keep on keepin' on.
