Hi Everyone,
Just wondering if anyone has any advice on this 12-week program. I feel it's working, which is nice after the months of feeling like I had reached a plateau.
My one concern is that I feel my arms are getting smaller, as there are only two tricep and two bicep workouts a week. I know that some exercises hit these muscles as secondary target muscles on my other workouts. But, I'm wondering if anyone has any great arm exercises to add to this program.
I'm thinking of adding one extra tricep and bicep set on my bicep and tricep days (so I get three a week) and plus also doing an arm workout on my leg days (consisting of 2 bicep, 2 tricep sets).
Any suggestions or comments would be great, especially from those who have completed this 12-week program.
