Army girl needs help!!!

I have been working out quite a bit for the past 3 months and I haven't really seen results besides that I'm getting little stretch marks on my lower back and my pants are bigger. I've gained 2 lbs and have gotten bigger everywhere but my waist area. What do I need to be doing? I usually do cardio for a hour 2-3 days a week, step class and a basic training class 2 days a week and i snowboard once a week. My diet is chicken, tuna, turkey, salad, oatmeal, fresh fruit and veggies, etc. My goal is a bikini by Summer and I think I should be able to do that with the time I have. Help me!!!!!

It sounds as if you are heading in the right direction. You have gained a few pounds but you are losing bodyfat. This is a good sign. Continue what you are doing and don't be afraid to add weight to your lifting program. I would suggest signing up for a program here at ft. They have a pretty good 'weight loss and definition' program that will help in the lifting department. As for diet, it sounds as if you are eating the right things. However, you need to log what you eat so that you can control and manipulate your daily intake (drop or add calories per day). This will be invaluable to you later on when you want to tweak your diet. Check out 'bodybuilders grocery list' in the diet forum for other suggestions. Check out this site. Search for info. Ask any questions you might have. Make sure to take advantage of the 'fit buddy' at the bottom of the screen to search for information. Good Luck.
