OMG. My hips feel sooo much better. I highly recommend it. I can squat in and out of the hole without pain now after only one session. Apparently I had some serious adhesion built up on my hip flexors, and a mass of scar tissue on my adductors. Just wanted to take the time to recommend it to everyone.

What is it?
-------------- I firmly believe that any man's finest hour, the greatest fulfillment of all that he holds dear, is the moment when he has worked his heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the field of battle-victorious.

Active Release Therapy. Its a form of deep tissue massage to reduce adhesion and scar tissue, and increase mobility. A lot of strength coaches recommend it.

I get my hamstrings and traps worked on every week. Keeps me feeling good when I train. Make sure you don't go the day before a specific training session. It will make you sore for a day if it is done right.
