Hi all ... I'm new to the community, but sure would appreciate any help you could offer. I don't have a tear in my rotator cuff; not sure about the bicep. All I know is that it's taking a long time to heal; with me doing exercises every day. I do have to admit that it's getting better slowly, but I haven't been able to gain back the strength yet. I'm not sure if I should begin to use weights again. Any suggestions? :big_smile:
