Asimmer you are my hero and pin up girl! I love the definition and tone of your upper arms! Reading your profile I saw your starting picture and would love to know what workout program you started with and what program you do now to have obtained those upper arms!
Next Monday I am starting my 10th week of "healthy living style", I work out at the gym 5 x's a week, 2 (1 hour) cardio circuit classes and tred mill 5 x's a week and weight machines and free weights M-W-F. I started Oct 25, 2004 at 275 pounds and have lost 24 pounds in 9 weeks with this work out routine along with NO fat and carb watching eating (and weighting my food portions)!
I have another hour with my personal trainer this Wednesday and would love to incorporate some of your knowledge and your beginning workout routine in my workouts. I want to ulitmately achieve upper arms like yours and I have a LONG WAY to go!
Any and all advise and input will be greatly apprciated!

Sorry - I haven't checked this board for a while.
If you want to keep and/or build your muscles you will have to stop doing these classes every day and switch to a heavier split lifting routine. You are ready to go to an upper body/lower body split routine, less cardio and more sets, more weight, less reps.
There are many good programs out there.
I would also say you are ready to incorporate more free weight exercises.
Are you still working with a trainer?
