I just read this article on Aspartame and found it very interesting, a different perspective to what I've previously read. If anyone is interested, I'd like to know your opinions.

This in fact is one of the few arguments for its use. It is usually posted by those who are using it. There is overwhelming evidence to the contrary.

Sorry, BB1, do you mean there is evidence that it doesn't prevent obesity?
Thanks for taking the time to read the article.

To clarify, I'm not a fan of aspartame, I think that re-educating the palate not to crave sweet things is the best way forward, it's just if I see something contrary to what I believe, I think it's only right to investigate further and see what other people think.
