Since I never post my sucess I thought I would take the time to do it. For The past going on 10 weeks I have been busting my rear end in the gym. Until I hit my first plateau I was adding 5lbs per week to my max. Then I droped in the water. Well I busted through it finally and am gaing 5lbs per week again. All my main lifts have progressed squat,bench,dead lift. Plus my other ones I do just to work the rest of the bod. Starting next week I am on a Doctor impossed possbile 3 week vacation. Due to some corrective heart surgery. The lay off is going to be a bummer but maybe some rest is in order. I thank all the wonderfull strength athletes that have been there for me and I will let you all know when my glorius return to the gym begins.- Mike :dumbbell: :angry: :love:
