clayvince if your elbow hurts why hurt it even more by working out,let it heal properly,if you have to, do one arm pushups with the good arm. another good exercise is walk to a wall,walk back 48 inches and push off the wall with your left arm,and repeat for twenty reps for 5 sets of 20 good ones.
