I'm a newcomer here to freetrainers.com and I thought I would see what everyone had to say to a couple of my questions. I'm currently getting ready for my college football career coming up next year and I am trying to get rid of the fat/flab while still being able to increase my size. I am about 6'4" and 260 lbs. I have access to a full free weight/machine weight room whenever i may need it and also a 400 meter track. I'm looking to strengthen my core body (mid-section and chest) along with my upper legs. If there are any possible suggestions or helpful stories of those who have accomplished what I am looking to accomplish, please share. Whether it be certain exercises, lifting methods, possible supplements that may help, anything would be of great help. I appreciate it and thanks for yall's time!
