I weigh around 57kgs and i am around 165m tall i would like to lose a further 3-4 kgs will following a exersice routine (i do boxing for one and a half hours four days a week) and chooseing one of these diets help me achieve this?and which is healthier?

Take what you learn there and implement it into your life on a daily basis. Add that to a workout routine and you'll not only shed the weight you want, but you'll keep it off and improve your overall fitness level. Good luck!
