Can anyone shed some light on what kind of supplements are good to take while on the Atkins diet?
I currently am in the first stages of the Atkins program and am looking for the following help in if I shouls take the below and if so what kinds:
1) Protein Shakes - low in Carbs or non at all.
2) Creatine - Should I or should I not take while on atkins; if yes then what is good to take during the Atkins program.
3) Glutamine?
I have been on Atkins (lost 50 lbs) and am going onto my own plan to lose the last 30 lbs. I just ordered a low carb whey protein shake...Optimum Nutrition Chocolate flavor. I take it pre-workout.
