hi buddy, i've started a fog log friday on fitday and im wicked confused as to the result of my logs, ill post all 3 days results, would you so kind as to look em over and critique them and let me know if im in the ranges i should be for fat loss, i dont beleive the results that they show at the end of my daily logs...
ok heres fridays... Cals = 2061 Protein = 154gr Carbs = 186gr Fat = 71gr sat 23 poly 22 mono 26 Saturdays.... Cals = 2035 Protein = 119gr Carbs = 270gr Fat = 53gr sat 26 poly 6 mono 21 Sundays.... Cals = 1807 Protein = 139gr Carbs = 174gr Fat = 61gr sat 21 poly 16 mono 25 Does this look correct or even remotley in the right area for fat loss ? im getting 64 oz of aqua a day, walking a mile 5 days a week and started a 20 exercise fullbody 4 day/week program.... I read in one of BB1's posts that 10 calories per pound is good for trying to lose weight.
Eating 2,000 calories a day at 330 (your profile said you started at 350 and lost 20) comes out to only 6 calories per pound. Seems low, may be too low for your body to let go of the fat consistently. |

Bill - I am sorry, new job has me busy busy busy!!!!
The onloy thing that concerns me is your saturated fats...Why is your saturated fat so high? What are you eating? If you are feeling energetic and you are losing weight without feeling really lethargic or deprived, you have found a good groove, stick with it and then when you hit a plateau we can tweak it a little. tis ok amy, i knew that you were busy and this isnt life threatening stuff here. As far as what im eating, i thought i was eating very healthy but let me tell ya a few things.
Oatmeal, cooked, instant, fat not added in cooking cup, 226 4 39 9 2 Bread, wheat or cracked wheat, toasted regular slice 130 2 24 5 Milk, cow's, fluid, 1% fat 8fl oz 102 3 12 8 Honey 1 tablespoon 64 0 17 0 Tuna, canned, water pack cup, NFScup, solid or chunks, drained 1 can (6.5 oz), 160 1 0 35 2 Bread, wheat or cracked wheat regular slice 130 2 24 5 Mayonnaise, regular tablespoon 99 11 0 0 Sugar, raw 1 15 0 4 0 Chicken, boneless, 6oz 403 23 0 46 Sardines, canned in hot sauce 1 cup 310 17 0 37 Corn, yellow 1 cup 70 1 14 3 Orange, raw 85 0 21 2 64oz water thats pretty normal to what im eating on a daily basis, ill have fish or a small red meat or a lean cuisine in place of the dinners but thats about it... ?? -------------- I was bruised and battered and I couldnt tell what I felt I was unrecognizable to myself Saw my reflection in a window I didnt know my own face ... Must be the milk and the mayo... you could switch to low fat mayo if you are concerned...

yea im a huge veggie guy, i usually have 2-3 portions of them daily, i just forgot to add them on here... and sardines in hot sauce, wooooot, make ya poop stink...:laugh:
