I've caught a bad cold and it's all I can do to go to work. My question is: what do I do with my ft workout(s) that I miss? Do I skip them all together and log my reps and weights as zero, or do I pick up where I left off when I'm better? And how does that affect how the charts and workouts are plotted? Or does it even affect that at all?
