I believe this is basically a shock type program. All out, no rest, shock type workout. Very intense, and designed primarily for just that, a shocking technique for inducing growth. I find this type thing primarily useful when I feel I have reached a "plateau" with a body part, and use it for a breakout shock to the muscle to get it going again. Basically shocking it into growth.
