G`day everyone,just noticed your site the other day(quite impressed so far!!) was after a bit of advice, been weight training for @ 8months now showed pretty good results for the first 3 months (fat loss & muscle gain) then nothing!
Train 3x week, full body. tried lower reps heavy weights and just finished 2 months of higher reps(20,15,then 10 last set)lower weight.Last 4 months have been taking protein shakes regularly.Any help greatly appreciated!
