For those whom love Avocado but find a whole to much to consume you can save 1 half for the next day.
I like Avocado with allot of my dinner meals for my fats but a whole may and can be to much so I save the other half for the next day.
To save a half you must leave the seed in the half, squeeze or pour lemon juice on the Avocados opened end and then wrap in aluminum foil.
So no more excuses and start eating Avocados!

What do you do to them? Do you season it or anything?

Sometimes I add fresh ground pepper and or a lemon squeeze and have it on the side.
Sometimes I mix it into a Chicken, Bean and Rice meal.
Sometimes I mix it into my Chicken meal when I use a Buffalo sauce.
Allot of times I mix it into a salad or even cooked vegis when using a vinegared sauce (Red Wine, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Honey, Water and Sweetener).

No I just slice them up as they are so soft when ripe they already have a mashed feel to them.
You can mash them and use as a spread also for a sandwich!
They pack allot of good fats in a small amount which is what makes them great IMO.

Avocodo is packed full of nutrients and "good fat", but I think they are very high in calories....are they not? Just a heads up to anyone looking to trim calories from their diet....eat in small doses.
Personally I love guacamole...and it's a healthy alternative to other dips and spreads (in small doses of course)

I loooove avocados. Hawaiian avocados are delicious! I can easily eat one a day. I actually just lost 10lbs so don't blame it on the avocados! :)
