You know how they always say learn from your mistakes, well this is one mistake I will learn from.
Yesterday I did back and abs in the same day, chin ups hyper extensions and deadlifts, and then hanging leg lifts, swiss ball knee lifts(Not sure of name) and more hanging leg lifts. Now it doesnt matter which way I move it hurts, forward, backwards, sideways it all hurts, anyway it was a good workout, but I'll be sure to keep them to seperate days from now on. I just thought I would let you all know how stupid I'am.:big_smile:
