I have been away from the gym for about 12 months. When I quit going I had made some large gains. I'm currently 6'-8" at 160#. When I stopped working out I was up to 185# which I gained in 3 months! I have a couple questions. 1. Should I continue with the workout that I was was on when I quit or use the workout that FT has specified for me? 2. I have heard of a supplemnet called Nor-19 what is everyones take on it? (Good, Bad?) Thanks!
