i have been having a problem seeing my back get bigger over the last 2 months and was woundering if there was any one that may have some helpful hints to get my back wider exspeculy my lats
If you goto the ft muscle targeting section there are a few exercises listed for just that. I usually like to pyramid up a few wide grip machine pulldowns.. arching your back really lets you squeeze your lats at the bottom of the movement.. but then again my back is pretty poor and way behind the rest of me so I usually try to stick to things like barbell rows and dumbell rows to try and thicken up my lats...
